Landlord Insurance

Through our insurance partner Aon, we can arrange landlords' insurance that can cover not only your investment property, but also any contents you have in the property, your liability as a landlord and loss of rent.
If at present you are not insured we cannot overstate its importance. If you already have a policy, it may not hurt to refresh yourself with its benefits and limitations as there may be an opportunity to improve your cover.
Most Landlord Insurance policies provide the following cover
damage and vandalism caused by tenants
accidental damage or loss caused by you
major risks, such as fire or storm damage
legal liability for injuries to people or damage to property, resulting from the management or ownership of the property
Similarly, most policies offer additional cover options such as:
loss of rent
rent default
theft by a tenant
strata title mortgagee protection
domestic workers compensation.
